1. Delivery Charges

 

Stridhan provides Free Delivery on all domestic orders above Rs.999 if placed on our website.
There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 50/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment.

 

2. Estimated delivery time

 

At Stridhan, we are committed to complete transparency and strive to fulfill our promises to you. We recognize the significance of prompt delivery for your items, and we exert every effort to process your order swiftly. The delivery will be made on a 'best effort' basis following the acceptance of your order. Depending on unforeseen events beyond our control, the product(s) will be dispatched within 1-2 days of order acceptance. Once dispatched, you can expect the delivery at your doorstep within 5-7 business days.


Stridhan generally uses trusted courier companies like BlueDart, Delhivery etc. but we may use other services depending on factors like destination, location, and coverage etc. In smaller cities where these carriers do not provide service, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days because of additional shipping time by other courier services.

 

3. Shipment Tracking

 

We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period of time, you should immediately write us at [email protected].
 

4. Returns and Exchanges

 

At Stridhan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to arrange the exchange.

 

5. Eligibility for Returns

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.

6. Returns Process

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to request a return authorization.

2. Pack your item securely in the original packaging.

3. Include the return authorization information with your package.

7. Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

9. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., the wrong item shipped or the item arrived damaged).
